Artículo noveno . La inversión a la cual se refiere este Decreto, no se computara como parte del encaje de las institucion4es bancarias en el Banco de la Republica.

Parágrafo

No obstante lo dispuesto en el presente artículo, el gobierno nacional, previo concepto de la Junta Monetaria, podrá establecer que los Bonos de que trata este Decreto, se computen, en todo o en parte, como encaje de los Bancos comerciales en el Banco de la Republica.
