Aceptación del cargo: Dentro de los 5 días siguientes a la fecha en que la Superintendencia de Sociedades fije el aviso que informa acerca de la iniciación de la promoción del acuerdo de reestructuración, el promotor designado deberá manifestar su aceptación a través de comunicación escrita. En caso de no aceptación, se deberá remitir comunicación a la Superintendencia de Sociedades dentro de los 3 días siguientes a la fecha de fijación del mencionado aviso.
