Art. 21. Si el aviso dado a la Direccion fuere favorable, dará ésta órden por el telegrama para que se pague al Telegrafista el sueldo correspondiente al mes a que se refiere el informe, previo el descuento de las multas que se le hubieren impuesto. Sin la órden de la Direccion no se hará e pago, sino bajo la responsabilidades del Administrador.
