Destínase la suma de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000) para auxiliar la construcción del edificio para sordomudos y ciegos que están llevando a cabo en esta capital las Hermanas de la Sabiduría. Esta suma será incorporada en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia o el de la vigencia sucesivas.
