º. La resolución a que se refiere el artículo anterior será notificada personalmente al contraventor o al defensor de oficio, según el caso, y contra ella solamente procederá el recurso de reposición, el cual debe ser interpuesto dentro de las veinticuatro (24) horas siguientes a la notificación, y resuelto dentro del subsiguiente día. Cuando las circunstancias de orden público lo permitan, el funcionario que impuso la sanción podrá, en cualquier tiempo, de oficio o a petición de parte, revocar la medida adoptada.
