° La junta asesora que se establece por el precedente artículo estará integrada así: por el Ministro del ramo, que será su presidente nato, por los jefes de los departamentos números 1, 2, 3 y 4 y por el Jefe de la Sección de personal del mismo Ministerio. Este último será Secretario de la Junta, con derecho a voto.
