El funcionario del orden judicial, o del Ministerio Público, que haya terminado el período legal, a quien se conceda licencia, o a quien se admíta renuncia del empleo que ejerce, no podrá separarse del desempeño de sus funciones mientras no se haya hecho cargo del destino el individuo que debe reemplazarlo o sucederlo.
