Las comisiones para estudios en el exterior, reguladas por el presente Decreto, sólo podrán otorgarse a empleados oficiales que hayan prestado sus servicios a la respectiva entidad durante un (1) año y podrán tener una duración hasta de dos (2) años, prorrogables por un (1) año más.
