Normatividad del contrato. Al contrato de concesión le serán aplicables durante el término de su ejecución y durante sus prórrogas, las leyes mineras vigentes al tiempo de su perfeccionamiento, sin excepción o salvedad alguna. Si dichas leyes fueren modificadas oadicionadas con posterioridad, al concesionario le serán aplicables estas últimas en cuanto amplíen, confirmen o mejoren sus prerrogativas exceptuando aquellas que prevean modificaciones de las contraprestaciones económicas previstas en favor del Estado o de las de Entidades Territoriales.
