ARTICULO 10 . Adecuación de la Estructura Interna y de la Planta de Personal y Autorizaciones Presupuestales. La junta directiva procederá a determinar las modificaciones a la estructura interna de la empresa, la planta de personal, pudiendo crear, suprimir plazas vacantes o fusionar los cargos. El Gobierno Nacional efectuará las operaciones y los traslados presupuestales que se requieran para la cumplida ejecución del presente Decreto.
