Artículo único . Mientras se dictan por el Ministerio de Instrucción Pública las disposiciones necesarias á fin de que las Cátedras de las Facultades Universitarias sean adjudicadas por concurso y se reglamenta el tiempo de su duración, los Profesores de la Universidad serán de libre nombramiento y remoción del Poder Ejecutivo. Publíquese.
