La ejecución de las obras referidas estará en cada Municipio a cargo de una Junta, compuesta por el Presidente del Concejo Municipal, el Alcalde, el Personero y dos vecinos notables nombrados por la respectiva Municipalidad. Donde hubiere Ingeniero Municipal, éste hará parte de dicha Junta.
