Comité de Reglamentación y Evaluación de Riesgos. El Comité de Reglamentación y Evaluación de Riesgos estará integrado de la siguiente forma

a)

El Director General de la Dirección General Unidad Administrativa Especial para los Derechos Humanos;

b)

Un delegado del Viceministro del Interior;

c)

Un delegado de Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad;

d)

Un delegado de la Consejería Presidencial para los Derechos Humanos;

e)

Dos delegados de la sociedad civil que serán designados por el Ministro del Interior.
