Plazo para actualizar los reglamentos . Se da un plazo máximo de cinco (5) meses, contados a partir de la vigencia de este, decreto, para que los Consejos Superiores Universitarios expidan las normas que les corresponden de acuerdo con este decreto y actualicen los estatutos docentes.
