Artículo único . Además de las funciones que hasta la fecha han sido señaladas a la Contraloría de carga oficial, adscríbensele las de examinar y comprobar la exactitud y legalidad de todas las cuentas de cobro que se presenten al Gobierno por el transporte de cargamentos oficiales efectuado entre las ciudades de Barranquilla, Cartagena y Bogotá. Comuníquese y publíquese.
