Art. 42. En el Colegio Menor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario no se concederá matrícula á los jóvenes menores de quince años; pero los que cumplan esta edad antes de haber concluido los cursos que se dictan en él, pueden seguir hasta terminarlos, siempre que no pasen de diez y ocho años.
