Artículo decimoquinto. Para la presentación, aprobación, publicación, vigencia, objeciones y modificaciones del reglamento interno de funcionamiento de los servicios o agencias de colocación o empleo, se aplicará el procedimiento señalado en el Título IV, Capítulo 1º, artículos 117 y siguientes del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo y Decreto 617 de 1954, artículos 5° y 6º, pero la actuación se cumplirá por conducto de la División de Empleo y Recursos Humanos.
