Art. 8.º Una vez hechos los nombramientos de Administradores municipales, el Administrador de Hacienda del Circuito determinará la fianza que cada uno de aquellos debe prestar, fianza que aceptará bajo su propia responsabilidad. Prestada dicha fianza, el Administrador de Hacienda del Circuito lo avisará á la primera autoridad política del Municipio respectivo, para que éste proceda á dar oportunamente posesión al nombrado, de acuerdo con el artículo 305 del Código Político y Municipal.
