TERMINO PARA EMITIR EL FALLO. El Comandante General de las Fuerzas Militares, el Ministro de Defensa Nacional o el Presidente de la República, según el caso, disponen de diez (10) días hábiles para emitir el fallo respectivo. El funcionario de segunda instancia podrá, únicamente de oficio, decretar y practicar las pruebas que considere indispensables para la decisión, dentro de un término de diez (10) días hábiles libres de distancia, pudiendo comisionar para su práctica.
