Vigencia y derogatorias. Este decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica los siguientes artículos del Decreto 1748 de 1995: 3º, 9º, 12, 15, 16, 17, 24, 28, 35, 36, 37, 41, 44, 52 y 57 y deroga el numeral 2º del artículo 3º, el artículo 25, el inciso 3º del artículo 29, el literal c) del artículo 36, el inciso 7º del artículo 47, el artículo 51 y el

Parágrafo transitorio

del artículo 52 del mismo Decreto 1748 de 1995. Así mismo, modifica el artículo 8º del Decreto 1887 de 1995, y deroga el artículo 6º del Decreto 2709 de 1994 y todas las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
