° El reclutamiento del personal de alumnos se hará por voluntario, y los aspirantes pueden ser aceptados ya sea del personal o conscriptos o de aquellos jóvenes que no han prestado el servicio militar, siempre que llenen las condiciones que fije el Reglamento orgánico de la Escuela.
