La persona que ejerza la Dirección Ejecutiva será seleccionada por el Comité Decisorio del Fondo “No Es Hora De Callar”, quien definirá los criterios de formación académica, experiencia e idoneidad que debe cumplir la dirección, así como el proceso de selección correspondiente.
