Los sueldos de retiro que a los Oficiales y Suboficiales se estén pagando a la fecha de la sanción de esta ley, deberán ser reajustados de acuerdo con la norma consagrada en los artículos 1° y 7º de ella, a cuyo efecto devengarán una asignación mensual de retiro igual al cincuenta por ciento (50%) del sueldo correspondiente a su grado, según las asignaciones vigentes.
