APROBACION DEL REGLAMENTO DE SUSCRIPCION.

El reglamento de suscripción de acciones con dividendo preferencial y sin derecho a voto deberá ser aprobado por la asamblea general de accionistas, salvo que ésta, al disponer la emisión, delegue tal atribución en la junta directiva.
