Para el solo efecto de liquidar las participaciones que correspondan a la Comisaría de La Guajira y al Municipio de Santa Catalina (Departamento de Bolívar), sobre el producto bruto de las salinas que se exploten en sus respectivos territorios, señálase en ciento treinta y nueve pesos con cincuenta centavos ($139,50) el valor de cada tonelada de sal marina a granel que se expenda para el consumo, o sea el equivalente al de la salmuera en las salinas terrestres.
