El Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para otorgar por un plazo no mayor de veinte (20) años, las exenciones a que se refiere esta Ley a las empresas que se funden en el país y tengan por objeto el desarrollo de industrias complementarias a la producción de hierro y que utilicen como materia laborable los artículos manufacturados o semimanufacturados que produzca en sus plantas de transformación la Empresa Siderúrgica Nacional de Paz de Río.
