La remuneración de los empleados públicos se pagará por 'nómina conforme a lo determinado en la resolución de asignaciones civiles y la de los trabajadores oficiales por planilla. Esta clasificación se debe hacer al tenor del articulo 23 y siguientes del Decreto 1926 de 1975 y artículo 5 del Decreto 3135 de 1968.
