Artículo octavo . El incumplimiento a lo acordado en un acta de conciliación sobre mejoras en predios rústicos, suscrita ante un inspector nacional de asuntos campesinos podrá ser sancionado con multas sucesivas desde cincuenta pesos ($50.00) hasta dos mil pesos ($2.000.00), según los casos, las que se impondrán mediante resolución administrativa a favor de la secretaria nacional de asistencia social y protección infantil (SENDAS), por el jefe del departamento nacional de asuntos campesinos. Los inspectores y visitadores de dicho departamento, siguiendo el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 12 del decreto 6617 de 1954.
