º. Las licencias de locución tendrán carácter permanente y se clasificarán así

De Radio para el ejercicio de la locución en los medios de radiodifusión sonora; y

De Radio y Televisión para el ejercicio de la locución a través de la radiodifusión sonora y la televisión.
