El cargo de perito, cuando el dictamen comprenda cuestiones técnicas de las Ingenierías Eléctrica, Mecánica y afines, en cualquiera de sus ramas, se encomendará a Ingeniero con matrícula en la especialidad que requiera el peritazgo, según la materia de que se trate. Lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior, no rige para los dictámenes que deban rendirse en los procesos y asuntos cuyo conocimiento corresponda a los Jueces Municipales o a la autoridad de Policía.
