Ley 31 de 1919 · Por la cual se concede un auxilio a varios ferrocarriles

El auxilio expresado se cubrirá de acuerdo con las disposiciones de la Ley 61 de 1896 , y los pagos respectivos se harán por la suma que corresponda a trayectos de longitud no menor de cinco kilómetros, construidos en sección continua y dados al servicio público.

Parágrafo

En lo que respecta al Huila, el auxilio se pagará en la siguiente forma: la tercera parte cuando esté concluida la explanación de cada cinco kilómetros, y la restante, cuando estén enrielados definitivamente y suministrado el material necesario.
