El Instituto de Fomento Municipal llevara a cabo las obras mencionadas y las partidas anteriores separadamente serán incluidas en los presupuestos de las próximas vigencias hasta por cuartas partes que se entregaran al expresado Instituto con la destinación especial se\alada por esta Ley.
