ARTICULO 2.1.3.2.10 .- DEFINICION. El fondo de cesantía es un patrimonio autónomo independiente del de la sociedad administradora, constituido con el aporte del auxilio de cesantía previsto en el capítulo VII, título VIII, parte primera, del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, en los artículos 98 a 106 de la Ley 50 de 1990 y en el presente capítulo de este estatuto.
