Artículo único. El Juzgado 3.º Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogotá tendrá un Fiscal, con la asignación señalada a los empleados de esa categoría de los otros Juzgados Superiores del mismo Distrito Judicial. El Ministerio del Tesoro apropiará la partida correspondiente al gasto que demande el presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
