Art. 1.° Concédese a María de los Santos Salabarrieta i a su hermana María del Tránsito una pension de veinte pesos mensuales, pagadera del Tesoro público en los mismos términos en que se pagan las asignadas a las viudas i huérfanos de los militares de la Independencia.

Esta pension será divisible entre las dos agracias, i la gozará íntegra hasta su muerte la que sobreviva.
