° El Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público hará el giro del valor del auxilio a que se refiere, este Decreto cuando reciba copia del Acuerdo de que trata el artículo anterior y el Tesorero que va a manejar dichos fondos haya asegurado su manejó a satisfacción de la Contralcría General de la República.
