También podrá sancionar correccionalmente con multas de cinco a veinte pesos, según la gravedad del caso, las irregularidades u omisiones que observe en los negocios sujetos a su conocimiento, cometidas por funcionarios públicos, las partes, abogados o demás personas que en ellos hayan intervenido, inclusive las faltas al decoro o al respeto.
