ASIGNACION DEL "DEBIDO COBRAR". Las dependencias de Informática correspondientes, para efectos del cobro extrajudicial, deberán asignar el "debido Cobrar", entre los diferentes mandatarios contratados para el efecto, en forma equitativa y de acuerdo con su capacidad de gestión, de tal manera que a cada uno le corresponda una parte proporcional del respectivo grupo en que se encuentre clasificado.
