° Para que los damnificados pobres tengan derecho al auxilio decretado por el artículo 1.° de la Ley 90 de 1938, presentarán, dentro de los noventa días siguientes a la publicación del siguiente Decreto den el Diario Oficial , su solicitud ante la Junta de Auxilios, creada por el artículo anterior, con expresión de la clase de daños que le fueron causados por los riachuelos de Buenavista y Quebradahonda, y del valor de aquéllos, solicitud a la cual se acompañarán los documentos determinados en el presente Decreto.
