La prueba es la aplicación técnica y calificada de dos o más medios idóneos de selección, tales como exámenes y pruebas escritas sobre conocimientos generales o específicos, entrevistas, análisis de antecedentes o cualquier otro procedimiento técnico que conduzca a establecer la capacidad, aptitud e idoneidad de los aspirantes según la naturaleza de los empleos que deban ser provistos mediante este sistema.
