El presente decreto tiene por objeto desarrollar, las reglas de la convocatoria pública previstas en la Ley 1904 de 2018, en lo que corresponda, a la conformación de la(s) terna(s)de los aspirantes que debe presentar el Presidente de la República para la elección de los Magistrados de la Comisión Nacional de Disciplina Judicial.
