Art. 5.° También podrá el Poder Ejecutivo disponer de la suma de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) para continuar la obra del camino de herradura que conduca de la capital de la República al Territorio de San Martin por el Departamento de Oriente, en el Estado de Cundinamarca. Dicha suma se tendrá por incluida en el Presupuesto ds gastos del próximo año económico, i para su .inversion el Poder Ejecutivo se entenderá con la Junta administradora del camino de Oriente en este Estado.
