La Policía Nacional actuará como cuerpo consultivo en el marco de los Consejos de Seguridad y Convivencia y en virtud de ello presentará propuestas encaminadas a mejorar la convivencia y la seguridad y presentará informes generales o específicos cuando el gobernador o el Alcalde así lo solicite.
