Artículo único. Redúcese al 25 por ciento cantidad que, en dinero efectivo, deben dar en préstamo al Gobierno los tenedores documentos de la Deuda interior, para convertirlos por "Pagarés del Tesoro," conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 9.° del decreto número 9 de 1879, de 4 de enero.
