Si alguien, fundado en alguna o algunas de las irregularidades de que trata el artículo anterior, demandare la nulidad en lugar de reclamar contra las irregularidades de que trata el mismo artículo, no por eso dejará el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo de ordenar las modificaciones correspondientes, si hubiere lugar a ellas.
