° A la apertura, construcción y conservación de la vía, aplicara la Gobernación las partidas que leyes vigentes han destinado para el efecto, así como también el producto de la renta de peaje que se autoriza a la Gobernación para establecer en la vía, a medida que se vayan dando al servicio público porciones no menores de la tercera parte de la longitud total.
