° El Departamento de Sanidad del Ministerio de Correos y Telégrafos estará a Cargo de un Jefe, que lo es el Médico y Cirujano creado por Decreto número 2239 de fecha 30 de diciembre de 1937, y le corresponderá la atención médica, quirúrgica y profiláctica de los empleados que trabajan en los ramos Postal y Telegráfico.
