ARTICULO 3 o . Prestación de Servicios.- Para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social contratará, con sujeción al régimen previsto en la Ley 10 de 1990, la prestación de los servicios integrales de salud, cuyos recursos se manejarán por sistemas de fiducia o cualquier otro mecanismo que garantice la eficiencia y oportunidad en los mismos.

Parágrafo

Dentro del año siguiente a la fecha de vigencia del presente decreto, la junta directiva adoptará las decisiones que fueren necesarias para dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en este artículo.
