Los beneficios contemplados en la presente ley se aplicarán los hechos, operaciones o transacciones que se realicen entre el día de su promulgación y un mes después de la fecha en que se lleve a cabo la final del Campeonato Mundial Masculino de Fútbol Asociado Sub 20.
