Que administre o tenga bajo su custodia pertenecientes a empresas o instituciones en que el Estado tenga la mayor parte o recibidos a cualquier título de éste.

Que recaude, administre o tenga bajo su custodia pertenecientes a asociaciones profesionales, cívicas, sindicales, comunitarias, juveniles, benéficas o de utilidad común no gubernamentales.
